When you sell a ticket with Eventcube, there are two types of fees: (1) Eventcube fees and (2) Stripe processing fees, which are now dependent on customers’ chosen payment method at checkout. Learn more

How does ticket resale work?

With Eventcube, you remain in control of resale. Organizers can choose whether to allow resale, set rules for transfers, and track ownership changes for security and compliance.

Can I fully brand the ticket store?

Absolutely. Your ticket store can be white-labeled and hosted on your own domain, with full control over design, colors, fonts, and imagery. No Eventcube branding is shown to your audience.

How do booking fees work?

With Eventcube, you set and keep both the face value and the booking fee on all tickets sold, with our fees taken as a % of that total amount. This allows you to either cover your costs, absorb any fees, or make a little extra on top of the face value; the decision is yours. Learn more
