Can I change my package?

Sure, you can amend your Eventcube package at any time. Upgrades will apply immediately to all your live and drafted events, enabling you to take advantage of the additional benefits of the pro package. Downgrades will apply to events created after changing your package.

How do I get paid?

After every sale all your revenue is transferred directly to your Stripe account. From there you can manage your deposits into your bank account, with the option of having automatic or manual withdrawals. 

How can my members pay?

Your members can purchase their membership either by paying with card or by creating a Direct Debit, taking automatic monthly or annual payments directly from their bank.

How many plans can I set up?

You can set up as many plans, tiers and price points as your Eventcube Membership package allows, giving you full control on your membership revenue.

What does the onboarding involve?

The onboarding allows us to create your memberships portal, both your customer facing shop and the members portal. This can also include migrating members over from a previous system.

Do you offer discounted rates for charities?

Eventcube works with charity events and non-profit organisations offering the platform to multiple fundraisers at reduced rates.
