The London festival of Yoga and Fitness used Eventcube to reimagine the online customer experience.
Lululemon wanted a more integrated and personalised approach to ticketing for their first ever European festival at one of London’s iconic Tobacco Docks. Eventcube helped them achieve this.
Eventcube added bespoke functionality that enabled verification of a chosen ticket to be required for purchase of other classes and sessions. In the run up to the event as sessions and classes started to sell out we helped them highlight and promote ones that needed assistance.
On the day Qflow was used to scan tickets, and with multiple classes happening simultaneously this allowed participant entry with both speed and efficiency.
Since its inception Eventcube have played an integral part of the festival’s development, continually evolving and building new features to help maximise sales and the entry process at the festival.
Sub Club, the longest running underground dance club in the world, uses Eventcube for their ticketing, selling tickets on a fully branded platform.
