ABS-CBN, the largest television network in The Philippines, reached out to Eventcube to overhaul their complete ticketing platform from top to bottom.
ABS-CBN, often referred to as The Kapamilya Network’ (The Family Network) in its home of The Philippines, is South East Asia’s oldest Television Station. With a rich heritage of innovation, from pioneering colour transmissions in Asia to providing the first digital & high definition broadcasts in it home country, ABS-BCN have always strived to be progressive in their output.
When looking to completely overhaul their ticketing program, ABS-CBN tasked Eventcube to develop an end-to-end bespoke solution that would streamline the process customers could gain access to their studio audiences, their Kidzania theme park and tours of the TV studios, both consolidating the company’s resources and maximising the attraction occupancies.
A complete front-end redesign and customisation was our first port of call, where where we also integrated a SSO onto the store, allowing customers to create individual user profiles site and giving them access to a log of purchased tickets.
Event calendars, search filters, SFTP integrations and bespoke customer support pages & notifications were also created, providing a seamless and fully streamlined experience for the user.
Integration with a new payment gateway specific to the region was also desired, and by doing so opened up ABS-CBN’s program of events to a previous untapped market of new customers.
Since its launch the platform has evolved into servicing arena shows and other large KTX related events worldwide including the likes of I Can See Your Voice and World of Dance.
