Eventcube delivers an end-to-end solution for London's largest healthy food fare
The inner London festival of food fitness and wellbeing used Eventcube to reimagine the online customer experience.
Fare Healthy wanted a more integrated and personalised approach to ticketing for their curated festival at one of London’s main food markets. Eventcube helped them achieve this.
Eventcube added bespoke functionality that enabled verification of a chosen ticket to be required for purchase of other classes and sessions. In the run up to the event as sessions and classes started to sell out we helped them highlight and promote ones that needed assistance.
On-site support was also provided on the day, ensuring a smooth entry process and any potential trouble-shooting was handled with speed and efficiency.
Since its inception Eventcube have played an integral part of the festival’s development, continually evolving and building new features to help maximise sales and the entry process at the festival.
